We collect the minimum data needed to operate Mintfolio. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use it to run the platform, improve the product, and communicate with you.
Mintfolio, Inc. ("Mintfolio," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Mintfolio platform — an AI-powered investment research desk. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about users of our platform and landing page.

No security system is 100% impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Mintfolio is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at privacy@mintfolio.ai if you believe a minor has provided us with personal data.
Mintfolio is operated in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using Mintfolio, you consent to this transfer. We rely on standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EEA or UK where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version was published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
